Your policy.


We aim to deliver within 2 days of receiving the order, although this could be longer during busy periods and we will inform you of this. We aim for collection orders to be ready 1 hour after receiving an order but this could be longer during busy periods.


We reserve the right to refuse any order should it be necessary for any reason and in the event of needing to issue a refund we will endeavour to do so within 10 working days. You have the right to cancel an order up until goods are delivered. Orders can only be cancelled by telephone. Orders cancelled will be reimbursed using the same method used for payment. Any order cancelled after delivery has begun will be charged to the customer, and no refund will be given.
